* This is a calculated value, Fo, given an application was run on a Cray computer and an execution time, Tc, and floating point operation rate, Fc, was obtained durring the run. These values are used to calculate a floating point operation rate for the same application run on another computer based on the execution time, To, on the other computer. ( Fo = Fc * Tc / To )
